Voetbal Travel reveals that Gabriel Jesus is the big summer signing who could earn the most on Instagram. The Brazilian recently completed his move from Manchester City toArsenal for £47m, taking up the mantle as the Gunners’ new number 9. Not only has his pre-season with the team been a success, but he is winning off the pitch, too – with 18 million Instagram followers, Jesus could earn an average of almost £40,000 per post.

In close second is Manchester City’s headline summer transfer – Erling Haaland. The Norwegian forward was signed by City for £54m after running rampant in the Bundesliga for Borussia Dortmund. Haaland boasts 17.6 million Instagram followers and could earn an estimate of over £38,000 per post.

Richarlison finishes well behind in third. The striker was recently signed by Tottenham Hotspur from Everton for £52m. With 5.7 million Instagram followers, he could earn an average of almost £13,000 per post.

The most expensive PL signing of the transfer window so far, Darwin Núñez, follows in fourth. Núñez, who was signed by Liverpool from Benfica for £68m, has 2 million Instagram followers and could earn an average of almost £3,600 per post. So, despite the Uruguayan international being the priciest signing of the summer transfer window so far, both Haaland and Jesus could earn over 10 times more than Núñez from a sponsored Instagram post.

The big PL summer signing who could earn the least on Instagram is Brentford’s club-record signing of Keane Lewis-Potter from Hull City for £17m. The 21-year-old has 17,700 followers and could earn an estimate of around £135 per sponsored post.
