In a move rich in political symbolism, Kalvakuntla Kavitha announced the launch of the Telangana Rashtra Sena (TRS) on Saturday. This name closely resembles the earlier identity of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi. She expressed her ambition to become chief minister and bring about what she described as a “new revolution” in Telangana.

Kavitha stated that a “new revolution” has begun in Telangana. She appealed to the state’s people for their blessings and support.
She made these comments while speaking to the media during a rally on her way to a large public meeting at Munirabad in Medchal district. This event was organized to celebrate the party’s formation day.
Join rally to Muneerabad
Earlier, Kavitha held interfaith prayers at her home and sought blessings from her husband and family. She then visited Gun Park in Hyderabad to honor the martyrs of the Telangana movement.
After that, she continued in a rally to Muneerabad, where many supporters and party workers gathered for the formation day event.
