Still, the allegations continue, and the Isha Foundation is said to have also committed some wrongdoings by critics. Despite numerous re-examinations in court, none of these allegations has stood, further instigating much debate on social media.
Many supporters of Sadhguru are taking up the Sadhguru Open Challenge, and are claiming that the Isha Foundation has been engaged in afforestation works in Coimbatore. “Isha is on patta land, verified by forest officials in 2013,” said one supporter on quora. They claim that the persons who accused the foundation of encroachment and environmental damage have all been proved wrong in court and are motivated by ulterior motives.

According to some of the critics, Sadhguru’s influence is what protects him from being taken to task; they also believe that the man has big political forces behind him. His opponents who have written a lot against the organization think the Sadhguru Open Challenge is a diversionary tactic from the major controversies in the foundation.
However, he has also recieved massive support. A user understands that he has become influential anti-hindu forces are rising. One of them wrote:

The controversy reached a new height with the girl clip who spoke out for Sadhguru becoming ‘meme material.’ Her stand takes more the online battles between the groups of people backing the guru and people demanding tough action against him. Fuel has just been added to fire with the interference of the Supreme Court in a Madras High Court order that had called for police action against Isha.
As the Sadhguru Open Challenge continues to trend, mixed reactions continue to be voiced out. Supporters celebrate the environmental initiatives, while others demand that he follow through on his pledge to leave the country. There seems to be no end to the battle that has been going on online.
