The pandemic has changed a lot about life and created new opportunities for some businesses. The pandemic has changed the way in which people have been able to exercise, plus many have turned to fitness both as a way to improve their health and ability to fight off COVID-19 and for their mental health during a challenging time. Consequently, home fitness equipment, health and fitness apps, supplements, online classes, and virtual PTs have all thrived during this time.
3. Fresh Beer Delivery
With pubs closed for a lot of the pandemic, people have been socializing more at home, and many have been drinking more which is understandable. However, drinking beer out of a can or bottle is not the same as draught, so it is no surprise that people enjoy draught beer at home with delivery services that allow people to bring the pub to their home.
4. Entertainment
With people spending much more time at home than normal, people have been trying to keep themselves entertained, which has seen a sharp rise in the entertainment sector. Film and TV streaming services, music streaming services, and video games have all benefited from people spending more time at home than normal and have been critical in keeping people entertained during what has been a challenging period for all.

Tech is always thriving, but it has been critical to maintaining some kind of normality during COVID-19 Pandemic, and it is hard to imagine what life would have been like if the pandemic happened even only 10 years ago. People working and studying remotely, contactless technologies, 5G, Telehealth, and robotics are just a few technologies that have been pivotal in this time and have thrived during the pandemic.
While the pandemic has caused significant disruption that will be felt for some time across many sectors, there are also those that have thrived during this time.
