Diet Coke is just another thing that Elon Musk, the quirky social media guy, is apparently in love with as in a delusional tweet on X (formerly Twitter). It is also shown that, although Musk, being a flippant person regarding his personal affairs, just cut his intake of sugar-free drinks, this did not lead to the desired types of change.
Sharing a cheeky photo, Musk reported his achievement even a month after stopping Diet Coke:
- “My health is unchanged
- I’m less happy
- My one source of joy is gone”
Elon Musk and his obsession with Diet Coke is not ending anytime soon
In the caption, Musk looked (also very knowingly), “jk (just kidding) I can’t get out (of dc) (Diet Coke).” He then posted another endorsement saying how much it deserved a pat on the back for its inventor expressing that they are a “genius.”
Following that, the post became viral and triggered a tsunami of comments from Musk’s followers. While some praised Diet Coke as the ultimate beverage, others voiced health concerns about its ingredients. “This is the drink of the gods,” one of the users quipped. “Why does it taste so good? Without Diet Coke, I am down, and some volunteered their love of Diet Coke alternatives, Coke Zero,” another added.
Musk’s Diet Coke tweet isn’t his attempt at humor on the web, it’s just one person in a series of recent days. One of the things for which [sic] the can cause to be the king of reality, as this trait is melded with his love of ice cream and his realist approach to life, is that Musk likes to seed conversation in his followers with practical and humorous ideas.
Far from merely being the chief executive of Tesla, SpaceX, and other megacities, Musk’s online interaction is no less than a reflection of his idiosyncratic professionalism, yet one that resonates with thousands of followers.
But by then Musk is political as the chief technology officer (CTO) of the Trump administration, and thus leverages it into a unique technical power mix of technology, politics, and the US political system.
