Former India captain Virat Kohli has hit 51st international ODI century against Pakistan in Champions Trophy 2025. After Kohli century gains the lot of support from former Indian cricketer Navjot Singh Siddhu. Siddhu said that he will make more 10-15 centuries in the next 2-3 years and set the veteran batter up for the 2027 ODI World Cup.

Siddhu speak to JioHotstar and said, “Character is not made in a crisis, it is exhibited. He is man with passion with pedigree. And after this 100, I can say with conviction that this man will make another 10-15 centuries in the next 2 or 3 years.”
He also said, “ your ultimate litmus test for anyone is how he goes through tough times, how he embraces adversity. There has been so much going in his life in last 6 months, that he chose his moment. When he score runs against rivals Pakistan, people are not forget it for 10 years, he said.”
Kohli’s Trademark shot
Siddhu also delves in Kohli’s trademark shot and cover drive and states that when he hits the shot with elegance he did not know that ‘Virat Kohli of old’ is back. He said, “ Look, when you assess the Kohli, what is his tradework? If I look at Sachin Tendulkar, it was like back foot punch that he give.
“When you look at Kohli, it is cover drive. And when he gets his head on top of ball and he’s cover driving properly, you know he’s back. If you look at starting part of his innings, you know that this is the Virat Kohli of old, he said.”
